It is safe and gentle on any outdoor surface, including roofing, concrete, stucco, painted surfaces, vinyl, aluminum, treated lumber, manufactured lumber, brick, stone, aggregate, and more. It covers 375 to 1,125 square feet. Just dilute with water, spray it on, and forget it. It works with the rain and wind to gently clean up moss, mold, mildew, and algae on virtually any outdoor surface. No scrubbing or rinsing is required.
